A two-day beginners' course, usually held at the Bonnington Centre in Oval/Vauxhall, 10am-6pm both days, and we normally have a lovely lunch in the famous Bonnington Cafe for about an hour or so. This is a Squash group set up for people of all levels and abilities of Squash (Beginners Welcome). we play on weekdays & weekends at Finsbury Leisure Centre, Old Street & Oasis, Tottenham Court Road . The cost is £6 pp (weekends) & £6.50 (Weekdays) for 1 hour 20 minute sessions. I am of Ok level myself but am happy to pass on my tips to everyone (esp beginners).
